SPARKING A BRAND FROM A SINGLE TIK TOK

Marshmallow Seeds began with a single TikTok—one video of a hand-wrapped sweatshirt that unexpectedly caught fire. What started as a thoughtful gift for a friend quickly turned into a viral moment, revealing an opportunity to build something bigger. That spark became the foundation for a brand focused on personal connection, playful design, and fan-first experiences.

BUILDING A BRAND, A SHOP, AND A COMMUNITY

Without any pre-existing infrastructure, I handled every stage of building Marshmallow Seeds—developing the brand’s visual identity, launching an e-commerce store, designing social media content, and building early community engagement. Each piece, from logo design to Instagram storytelling, was created to feel cohesive, approachable, and authentically aligned with Gen-Z culture.

TURNING VIRAL DEMAND INTO A REAL BRAND OVERNIGHT

When demand surged overnight, the challenge was clear: translate organic hype into a sustainable brand without losing the authenticity that sparked it. I had to quickly build an online storefront, create a consistent content pipeline, and nurture a growing fanbase—all while preserving the playful, personal feeling that made the original moment resonate.

CREATING MORE THAN A PRODUCT — BUILDING AN EXPERIENCE

Marshmallow Seeds wasn’t just about selling sweatshirts—it was about crafting a full experience. I leaned into packaging design, handwritten notes, and free sticker drops to make every unboxing moment special. This strategy taught me that strong branding isn’t just visual—it’s emotional. Great marketing makes people feel seen, valued, and part of something bigger, and that became the core philosophy behind every campaign.
